Q: How do I change my registered email address?
A: Log in to the HHSA web portal and click the My Profile option in the User Profile menu dropdown list. Change the e-mail address field to the new address and click Update.

Q: How do I get access to the HHSA web portal?
A: Click on Register now link on the Login page, provide the required information and submit the form. You will receive an email notifiying you if your access has been approved within 72 hours.

Q: I've forgotten my password. How can I get access to the web portal again?
A: Click on the "Forgot password/Reset password" link on the Login page. You will need to answer your security questions that were set the first time you logged into the web portal. If answered correctly, you will receive a new password via email.

Q: Does my password expire?
A: Passwords expire every 90 days. If your password is expired or you receive an invalid password message when attempting to login, please click on the “reset password” link on the login page.

Q: Why am I unable to reset my password?
A: You are unable to reset your own password if you did not set up your account verification questions after your account was approved.
